IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
Ticket Quarter Terms and Conditions
INTERPRETATION AND INCORPORATION OF PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be read in conjunction with any specific terms, rules and regulations of the venue and/or event organiser, copies of which are available on request from the venue and/or event organiser.
Tickets are issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the performance or event to which they relate (the “Event”). Persons attending the Event (“Customers”) acknowledge that tickets to the Event are sold by Ticket Quarter, a trading division of The ACC Liverpool Group Ltd, a company registered in England under number 5204033 (VAT number: 902 5534 7), with its registered office at Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, L3 4FP (“Ticket Quarter”), acting as an agent for the organisation responsible for the Event (“Event Organiser”).
The Event will take place at the location specified in the Event description (“Venue”). The identity of the Event Organiser is, where possible, stated on the front of the ticket; otherwise available on request from Ticket Quarter, Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool, Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, L3 4FP, or in the description of the Event.
TICKETS
-
Ticket Quarter is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets and such tickets cannot be replaced.
-
Customers are advised to check their tickets immediately upon receipt as errors cannot always be corrected. In the event of an error, the Customer must contact Ticket Quarter immediately.
-
A Ticket is valid for one entry to the Event only. Removing the control strip renders the ticket invalid.
-
Ticket Quarter reserves the right to provide replacement tickets if the organization of the Event requires it, e.g. due to unavoidable seating changes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
-
Tickets cannot be returned after purchase unless the Event is cancelled, Ticket Protection was purchased at the time of sale or unless Ticket Quarter requests the Customer to return the tickets, with Ticket Quarter acting as a disclosed agent of the Event Organizer.
-
Refunds for cancelled Events will be made by Ticket Quarter based on the instructions of the Event Organizer and only after Ticket Quarter has received the corresponding funds from the Event Organizer.
-
In the event of a refund request, the Customer must immediately inform Ticket Quarter as soon as they become aware of the change. To claim a refund, the ticket must be returned along with proof of purchase.
-
If the Event is moved, changed or rescheduled, the Organizer will usually offer the option to keep the tickets or exchange them for a new date/venue. If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, a refund is usually offered. Please note that the service fee and transaction fees are non-refundable in these cases. If ticket return protection has been selected, this fee is also non-refundable.
-
These terms and conditions do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights in any way.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
-
The ticket price is the price set at the time of acceptance of the order by Ticket Quarter.
-
No order will be accepted until Ticket Quarter has received full payment.
-
Ticket quantity restrictions may apply to some Events. If tickets are purchased in excess of the specified limit (per person, credit card or household), the excess number of tickets may be cancelled.
DELIVERY
-
Depending on the type of Event, tickets may be delivered to the address provided by the Customer, printed by the Customer, collected from Ticket Quarter (at the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool premises) or from the venue box office.
-
If tickets are returned as “addressee unknown”, Ticket Quarter and/or the Event Organiser reserve the right to cancel the order.
-
Standing tickets will be sent by secure post and must be collected with a signature unless the Customer chooses to collect at the box office.
-
If the ticket is not held by Ticket Quarter and the Customer does not receive it at least 72 hours before the Event, the Customer should contact Ticket Quarter immediately.
CHANGES TO THE EVENT
-
The Event Organizer and/or Ticket Quarter reserve the right to make necessary changes to the Event program.
USE
-
Purchased tickets are intended solely for the Customer’s personal use and may not be transferred or resold, used for promotions, competitions or commercial purposes. In the event of resale or attempted resale, Ticket Quarter reserves the right to immediately cancel the tickets and deny entry.
