Participants will meet their favorite stars, attend discussion panels, get autographs, and can even have a professional photo taken with their favorite actor or actress. They will also have the opportunity to meet artists, creators, and writers related to the theme.

Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded, except in the event that we cancel the event. At this point, we would like to remind you that the resale of tickets is illegal and that we reserve the right to cancel the ticket in question if any problems occur.
Of course! However, you must fill out a parental consent form, which you will hand in at registration along with a copy of the parent's ID. The form may only be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the event.
Children under 3 are admitted free of charge if they are seated on their parents' laps during seated performances. Admission is charged for children 5 and older.
Please note that we do not provide any discounted prices for parents who only want to accompany their children.
We strive to make sure every participant at our conventions has a full experience. To make the most of it, send us an email after purchasing your ticket to inform us of your needs. We will accommodate you and arrange special seating in the main hall and fast-track access to all additional services (photo ops, autographs, etc.) so you don't have to wait in line.

Yes, you can also buy tickets for other people, provided you enter the correct names of the individual participants during the purchase. Each participant must have their name on their ticket.
At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that all information regarding tickets, possible changes, and organizational instructions will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. So if you are buying a ticket for someone else, don't forget to forward all important emails and notifications to them.
The option to return a ticket is governed by the terms and conditions of the specific sale. Therefore, please carefully check the terms before purchasing. Standardly, tickets cannot be returned.

All your photos are printed immediately after the photo op as you leave the photo booth.
Arrive 10 minutes early for the photo op; the order is based on when guests arrive. If your photo op clashes with another, report to an assistant to be prioritized. Your photo will be handed to you immediately after the shoot, right behind the photo booth where printing takes place. Photos will also be uploaded to monopolyevents.co.uk within a month after the event. Please note that if multiple events take place consecutively, the delivery time may be slightly extended, but we will try to send them to you as quickly as possible.
For MEET&GREET, arrive 10 minutes early; seating is based on when guests arrive.
By purchasing MEET&GREET, you agree to have your photo included in the group photo gallery.
Unless otherwise specified for a particular event, you can of course give your favorite star a gift. However, you can only do so during an autograph session. Therefore, you must purchase an autograph ticket for the actor you wish to give the gift to.
We will gradually publish the list of confirmed guests on our website and social networks.
We will publish information on the days of attendance for individual guests before the event. For some guests, their program may be limited to a specific day. Panel discussions for individual guests are scheduled only once per weekend/guest.
Yes. The participation of every guest is dependent on their professional and personal commitments. Nevertheless, we do our utmost to ensure the announced program is kept.
Panels and other program activities that are part of the regular Comic Con program are available to valid ticket holders, unless stated otherwise for a specific activity.
Yes. For selected guests, autographs, photo ops, and possibly other fan activities will be available. The specific offer may vary for each guest.
In the event of a guest cancellation, we will inform the holders of the relevant products about refund options to the email address provided during purchase or another solution depending on the specific situation.
We reveal the guests gradually as we receive signed contracts from them. The names of actors and actresses we are in contact with before signing these documents cannot be disclosed for reasons of discretion. Unfortunately, this can happen, as an actor or actress may have last-minute work commitments. It is completely out of our control. Therefore, it is not possible to refund tickets, but we will do everything we can to replace the guest with another of similar quality.
